Abstract
The Re(al) Productive Justice project is about disabled people and reproductive justice.
Reproductive justice is about the choice to have a child, the choice not to have a child, and being
properly supported in those decisions. Disabled people should be able to make decisions about
having children, to make choices about not having children, and to be properly supported in those
choices. However, many barriers exist which prevent disabled people from having the same choices
as everyone else. Disabled people have a right to access medical, social work and legal services
related to making decisions - and having their decisions respected - around their reproductive
choices.
