dc.description.abstractThe aim of this report is to assess to what extent the participation of children and young people was embedded in Tulsa s culture and operations, prior to the implementation of the Tusla Prevention, Partnership and Family Support programme of action. The objectives of the study are threefold: 1. To establish the structures and procedures in place to support children and young people s participation in Tusla at the time of data collection; 2. To examine the extent of children and young people s participation in personal decisions regarding their welfare, protection and care. 3. To examine the extent of children and young people s collective participation in Tusla service planning and review.en_IE
