Abstract
Do you think endings and beginnings have a lot in common? The goal of social work placement is to ‘finish well’. The placement may have outdone all your expectations, or not. The practice teacher and supervision may have been exceptionally brilliant, or not. Whatever the experience is, it is to ‘finish well’ that is important.
