dc.description.abstract The ISPCC Citizen Child Strategy (ISPCC, 2005) includes a proposal to evaluate the effect of its work. In order to undertake such an evaluation, a system of performance and outcome measurement that was valid and reliable for the service users of the ISPCC was required. The aim of this project was to develop a comprehensive framework to measure the processes and outcomes of the work of the ISPCC. en_US
