Enterprise Agility

Researchers in the Enterprise Agility group are focusing on improving an organization's ability to drive change, to sense and respond readily to change, and to learn from that change in today¿s business environment of unprecedented turbulence. Lead by Dr. Kieran Conboy, the group now has industry funding of ¿2.5 million to sustain research over the long-term, primarily from Ireland-based global companies, such as Intel, Ericsson and APC Schneider. Enterprise Agility continues existing NUIG research on agile and lean software development. This group includes 20 staff, 5 postdoctoral researchers and 15 existing doctoral students, across the School of Business & Economics (i.e., Accountancy & Finance, Business Information Systems, Management and Marketing), the School of Law, the School of Psychology, CROLS, and DERI.
